SELF CONFIDENCE

Don't make your audience squirm. Be confident, even if underneath your callused outer shell you're as fragile as an egg😂

Fake it until you make it, and until you do!

I use this tips to get my self ready for the stage:

1. Practise. Then practise some more.
Regular practise creates familiarity. Familiarity brings comfort. 
2. Watch yourself.
It’s a good idea to practise in private, such as in front of a mirror or in a quiet room with your cat, as long as you can watch yourself perform. Likewise, record your posing and analyze your onstage movements.

3. Learn from the best.
Watch your idols or take a posing class with someone you trust! 
4. Make eye contact.
Don’t be a zombie up there! Connect with your audience. Good stage presence is about communicating well with the crowd. Look them in the eye and show your emotion.

5. Work on your breathing.
It’s a good idea to practise different breathing exercises so you can better control your breath whenever you’re nervous. Consider trying yoga or pilates.

As more you do it - as more you do it!

Being onstage should be a fun experience where you can have a good time while learning from your mistakes. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Getting better at any skill requires time and effort, so it’s important to work your way up one step at a time.

💯Competitors Must READ IT💯

Don’t be scared to show your truly SELF on the stage!

Stage present it’s about 90% of your competition result, for bought - men’s and women’s!

Judges can’t see all your hard work you did in the gym, all your dieting and fitness history! What they see - it’s you, on the stage for about 1 min and a million other competitors. So it’s IMPORTANT to practice on your posing as much as you do your training. Don’t get scared to show who you truly are😂😜🤗 I was little nervous to do this turn in my routine 🤪but I did it and I got amazing feed back from the judges and won my #wnbfpro card that day on @inbf_battleofthebay

How fast can you gain muscle?! Under OPTIMAL conditions, you can expect to gain around 1-2 pounds of muscle per month. IF: “Optimal conditions” mean that you are eating the right amount and the right kinds of food, potentially using 1-2 supplements (protein and creatine), AND you are training perfectly for muscle growth (which we explain in this section here). Proper sleep is also absolutely necessary.

This also means you are trying to thread the needle of eating JUST enough to build muscle, but not too much that you put on a lot of fat, too.

Yeah, you could go full hulk mode (“dirty bulk”) and just eat anything and everything, maxing out your muscle building… but it’ll be buried under fat, which you’ll have to trim again and restart the cycle.

While it is certainly one effective way to gain muscle and strength, we more often recommend fiddling with your diet and training so you can find that sweet spot where you’re building muscle and not gaining too much fat.

All of this to say: Yes, you can build muscle quickly, but it will NOT be the crazy amount💪

So for those who wants to build muscle, you will need to follow your training and be patient a little bit!

Deciding how you want to measure your life means making a stand for something and then living your life in alignment with it. Ultimately, living with 〽️purpose〽️means focusing on things that matter most.

If you’ve ever faced a significant crisis in your life you’ll have experienced the power of purpose to tap reserves of energy, determination and courage you likely didn’t know you had. Your mission was clear. Your goal was compelling. Your focus was laser-like. Your potential was tapped.The power of purpose is similar to the energy of light focused through a magnifying glass. Diffused light has little use, but when its energy is concentrated—as through a magnifying glass—that same light can set fire to paper. Focus its energy even more, as with a laser beam, and it has the power to cut through steel. Likewise,  a clear sense of purpose enables you to focus your efforts on what matters most, compelling you to take risks and push forward regardless of the odds or obstacles.

Unlike animals🦍, which are driven simply to survive, we humans crave more from life than mere survival. Without an answer to the question ‘Survival for the sake of what?,’ we can quickly fall into disillusionment, distraction and a quiet sense of despair. The alarming increase in rates of drug and alcohol abuse, depression and suicide, along with the growing reliance on antidepressant medications, seems to indicate many are doing just 
Knowing your ❌why❌ is an important first step in figuring out how to achieve the goals that excite you and create a life you enjoy living (versus merely surviving!). Indeed, only when you know your ‘why’ will you find the courage to take the risks needed to get ahead, stay motivated when the chips are down, and move your life onto an entirely new, more challenging, and more rewarding trajectory.

Yes girls! You need to eat!!!
Stop dieting! You need to understand that at the end of any diet - LIFE!
You’ll have to change your life style and follow a nutrition plan (NO DIET) 
You’re not going to see a lot of posts from me about diet and healthy food. Don’t get me wrong, I think a healthy diet is really important. But here’s the problem: my healthy diet might not look like your healthy diet.
I truly don’t believe there is an ultimate, one-size-fits-all diet. That’s because we all have our unique likes, dislikes, and body chemistry. If avocados make you feel bad, then your diet shouldn’t include avocados. Not to mention you can drive yourself crazy debating what healthy foods actually are. You can Google “is [any food] healthy” and “is [same food] unhealthy” and get any number of articles supporting both sides. 
And I find that food is a bit of a heated topic for some people, especially if they’re loyal to a certain diet. So, I will preface this by saying that if you’re sticking to a certain diet and it’s working for you, all the power to you!
I’m not here to argue that my way is better because it’s not. It’s only what’s better for me.
But I see so many people stressed out about trying to stick to a strict diet, and then feeling discouraged or guilty when they inevitably cave and eat a french fry. And that bums me out because I used to be like that too. 
Of course, it also depends on what your goals are.
