When I started running marathons I had this obsession with clocking sufficient mileage every week. Lol I used to run  ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฌ++ ๐—ธ๐—บ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜€๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐Ÿฐ-๐Ÿฑ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ โ€œ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜†โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚basically i didnโ€™t give my body sufficient time to rest. 4 years later, it feels kinda good to be able to run again. I promise myself I wonโ€™t become obsessive again. 1) Cheap ๐Ÿ’ฐ;
About $0.20-$0.70 per egg
2) Easy โฐ ;
Throw them in a pot with some water. Boil. Peel. Done. 
3) Versatile ๐Ÿฅฃ;
Besides boiling, you can fry it, bake it, poach it, scramble it, omelette it, eat it raw, the possibilities are endless. 
4) fun to peel ๐Ÿ™‚;
Ok. Not for everyone but itโ€™s pretty therapeutic!
5) Nutrient dense ๐Ÿ’ฏ;
โ€ข Amino acids - Eggs are fairly high in quality animal protein and contain all the essential amino acids that humans need.
