Honestly I love social media. Y’all know this! I love sharing my story- creating content- cooking up recipes- hosting events for like minded friends- and stirring up some business along the way 👍BUT there is something I will not fuss at! And that’s this darn app controlling my story! 📲 To those still reading.. it’s ok to ask for help building your online presence, for asking people to check out your link, for swiping up to the brands you ambassador...Just know you are worth more than all the likes and tags and reshares! This algorithm is just another little speed bump to make sure you stay on your own course! With that said! Tell me 1 positive thing about your social media experience! 💡

Honestly I wouldn’t know what else to do with my time. ⏰ I like routine. (Well my routine) I love schedules. (Well the ones I create). See a trend? 😬 I am lucky to create, plan, + execute my day- my own way. I haven’t really needed to create wiggle room YET... I know this will one day change 🙃 I am learning that some days I can set the alarm and head straight to the gym. And some days the gym may be a fast 20 minutes walk/run and off to the next outing! 🏃🏼‍♀️.

🔺Can you commit to 2/3/4 workouts a week? .
🔺Do you like faster cardio driven workouts vs. strength n length classes?

Getting back in the grooves from my travels! ✈️ Finally in the gym today and sweating! Need a quick at-home or outside workout? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Zero Equipment? 🤸🏼‍♀️
1. 10 Step Ups (each side)
2. 10 Knee Pulls (on ground or on the step) 
3. 60 Jumping Jacks (add some great music!)
4. 20 Wide Second Squats (take arms with you- down and lift! option to add a jump)
5. 30 Squats Jumps (fast and keep weight in your heels)
6. 20 Oblique Twists

Either set an amount or timer for each! Whatever is best for you! 🎉 #makeitsweat #hiitworkout

I’m looking forward to finding my leather jacket in my very stuffed car 🚙 Seeing my family for an extended period of time 🤗 Catching up on my beauty regime in Atlanta 🧖🏼‍♀️ Being in the same time zone as most of my BFF’s 📞 Feeling confident in my workouts 💪🏼 Being in ‘control’ of my food choices 🍽  Meeting friends at fitness classes to catch up 👯‍♀️ Preparing Thanksgiving meal to feed all the Schwartz needs 🦃  And mostly I’m just thankful for being able to share all these moments with you ☀️

Guess who’s coming ‘home’ 🏡
Well to one of my homes... when you live in one country 🇮🇱 you’re mail is going to your sister in one state 🍊you’re car is in your previous city 🍑and you’re heading to your ‘hometown’ for the holidays 🦃 .
