Breakfast this morning was blueberry & cinnamon baked oats🥣 recipe by @curvesonkate ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used: 50g oats 1 small mashed banana 50g frozen blueberries 1tsp baking powder 1tsp cinnamon 50ml unsweetened almond milk @natvialiving sweetener ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ baked for 25 minutes and served with 100g yeo valley 0% natural yogurt mixed with @myproteinuk toffee flavour drops, more blueberries and @sweetfreedomuk light syrup😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 379 cals • 70g • 5F • 14P
