One of my favorite snacks is pickles and I'm so glad I can make them from scratch to satisfy my cravings. Recipe was found in the @21daymealplan Volume 2 meal plan. I modified by not cooking my pickles, I just let the cucumbers soak for a couple of days so they stay crisp.

😍 I’ve been looking for a good pickle recipe for a while and read that putting an oak leaf or blackcurrant leaf or two in the pickling mix helps get an extra crunchy outcome. I need to try it. Haha
