It may be raining outside but we’ll always have the Hamptons!
Finally my campaign with @ballsvodka is live!
A while ago I picked up this bottle of vodka for their photo competition and I had no idea what I was gonna do with it, or how I was gonna shoot it! Then, on a whim, my friend and I decided to hit up the Hamptons and that’s when it occurred to me that it would be so fun to take the vodka for a spin on the beach-so we did!
This has actually been so much fun to shoot, and pushing the creative envelope of life style photography is by far my greatest passion!

A month ago I visited Charleston, as part of a road trip down to Orlando. It was the first long road trip I’ve taken through the states. (Others were short)
It was marvelous working our way through so many incredible states and it inspired or shall I say woke the patriotic beast in me! -
Even though I’m only two generations American, my grandparents fought to come to this country and I simply always took it for granted and always thought the gold was elsewhere. Now nearly three years living abroad I’m ready to come home to my country and proud to call it home! -
Have you road tripped through America? If so, what was your favorite state visited?! Xx

Disclaimer: posting all my pinky summer pics before fall really sets in so swipe away to see the full set! (And don’t mind the crop/IG dimensions and all ya know 🤦‍♀️) So, finally getting to the birthday post!
Even though my Hebrew birthday just passed, I want to dedicate this post to each and every individual that comes across it! i hope you can draw Inspiration from me.

I’ve always had this pre conceived notion/goal that by 29/30 I’d be at a specific place in my life.
While I’ve reached many goals along the timeline I’ve set, many other goals completely fell apart this last year.
I’ve been terrified to reach number 29 and hitting 30 next year has got me thinking and reflecting so freaking much all year long about what truly is important in life or shall I say my life. Here goes! *what others think of me is completely a reflection of what’s going on in their life and has nothing to do with me.
*i can only control my thoughts, feelings, and actions and it’s my responsibility to take control of that. *being unapologetic about who I am, what I stand for, and how I choose to live my life because I’m the person living in this body and I get to say who I am. *sometimes things fall apart so better things can come together and that’s incredible!
*fall in love with the journey it’ll take you places you’ve never seen coming!
*love what you do, even if it doesn’t yield money at the moment it will turn into something so great you won’t regret it! *as much as family can be challenging, they’re the only ones we’ve got so fall in love with them and be there for them as best as you can!
And this is just the tip of the iceberg my dears. I’m living and loving 29 and I ain’t afraid of the numbers no more!

Rooftops in busy city’s are my favorite kind of hangouts!

It only took living in London for almost 3 years to fall in love with my own hometown New York City!
There’s a popular adage that goes something like, “you don’t know what you got until it’s gone”, and, “life is all about perspective!”
Well, that sure is true! I’ve always wanted to get out of NYC and experience living abroad because well, I was bored, frustrated, uninspired, and life in NYC did not interest me in the slightest! Then something interesting happened, I started traveling to NYC 4/5 times a year for periods at a time to see family and build my brand. At first I despised the discomfort that came with traveling and flying, but as I began to embrace the change something within me shifted. First, I began to change the narrative i held in my mind, and then I approached NYC as a tourist. So I started checking into the hot spots and what not, and that’s when I literally began to appreciate all of the chaos and beauty that this jam packed city has to offer! “Change is inevitable, but personal development is a choice!” - @proctorgallagher

Transformation Thursday! -
Matching my post to the cool English weather, but probably just reminiscing...
-
So, let’s talk about transformation shall we?! When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you behave good. When you behave good (aka/sweet, nice, loving, etc,) your life -your value, your self esteem within your own eyes transform and from there, the world smiles back at you! Quite literally! Whenever I test this theory it works!
So, what does that look like?!
It doesn’t necessarily mean go out on a shopping spree to make yourself feel good, or indulge in a pint of ice scream to wash away heartache. It means- simple deeds that will lift your spirit up bit by bit... In my experience, whenever I’m photo shooting for myself or others, it instantly takes me to a great place within myself and from there on it’s just an upward cycle! -
What can you do today that will INSTANTLY TRANSFORM YOUR MOMENT?! FOR YOU?!2 months agoDownload

Transformation Tuesday!
In my stories today I posted three pictures on perspective and I’d like to talk to you about it.
-
Last week I went searching for a cool location for a client, as I usually do before shoots, to gain inspiration for my creative spirit.
I couldn’t find anything that quite fit my taste and brand and I was a little disappointed. Then right before I was about to leave something in my head said have one last look. So I took out my camera and started shooting and then it hit me! It’s all about perspective! You can approach a scene with your camera from one angle and get one kind of shot. But you can sure as heck turn that lens around many different ways and find different creative angles and ‘perspectives’ as I like to call them to paint a complete different picture! That is how I approach my creative spirit but also, LIFE! -
It’s easier said than done, trust me dear, I’ve BEEN THERE! Some realities suck, stink in fact... but darling, have you considered turning the lens? Getting a different perspective? Approaching the subject from a different angle? You will be AMAZED at what you find when you open your eyes, ears, and mind to it! Turn that lens around because your life depends on it!
PERSPECTIVE baby, PERSPECTIVE!

Have you ever wondered about the phrase “gds grace?” What is gds grace? And, what is grace at all?! -
A few years ago I did a workshop on Woman’s grace and at the time it was all about dancing, moving in slow motion Tapping into that beautiful flowing energy and embracing femininity.
I didn’t understand anything at the time. I didn’t know how the course can be helpful for me yet I did it anyway.
-
Recently while going through some painful challenges in my life, I accidentally(still don’t know how), stumbled onto a video about feminine energy and what its all about. It was a complete SHOCKER. A HUGE EYE OPENER. All of a sudden everything added up! Everything made complete sense. The more I delved into it the more I realised it’s not about being a girly girl and wearing pretty dresses but it’s about grace, flow, and receiving. (And it’s not just for woman)
However, what’s happening is that in a Male dominant world, a lot of us woman have developed a Male mindset, forceful Make it happen style behaviours of the masculine energy. While that’s great in the workplace and out in the world in our friendships and relationships it can cause complete relationship breakdowns. -
The best way I can think of explaining this a bit further is @leeannwomack song “I hope you dance”
Everything in that song is about feminine energy.
Feminine energy is about grace, flow, ease, vulnerability. It’s what makes us beautiful, powerful and attractive.
So, next time you want to shut down because someone hurt you and it hurts daggers in your heart, stay open, stay receiving, stay warm, and stay in the place of discomfort and pain because that energy will give birth to something so much more beautiful than you can ever imagine! Stay dancing no matter what life hands you, stay in the feminine energy and don’t shut down. Don’t succumb to that angry resentful fighting energy because nothing ever good happens there.
Remember that when you stay open and in a place of grace, I Almost certainly promise you that life’s greatest gifts wait for you right there. -

Missing all of the beautiful floral displays in London, while it’s pouring buckets on NYC!
Sometimes it’s about the right moment and the right time, intuition and following your gut. -
A few days ago I mentioned in my story that I’d do a video on clarity, and here’s what I’ve come to realise since.
-
What I’ve learnt:
Clarity doesn’t just happen. Clarity follows confusion, and uncertainty.
Clarity follows self reflection, reflection on a particular situation, lots of thinking, isolation, and a quiet mind. Clarity doesn’t show up unless you show up for IT. Search, search, and search again. Ask the questions you don’t want to hear the answers to, dig deep and allow the pain of whatever it is you don’t want to feel show up. It’s called “A PROCESS “ and it’s called being healthy in the search for growth. My clarity can look a lot different from yours, and that’s ok. Because your journey and my journey are different and that’s just how life is designed. -
So, don’t give up, trust the process, fall in love with yourself first and know that that you will show up for you, because you need you the most! Stay grateful!

Happy Monday babes and bosses! -
Isreal- a place for the soul, heart, and body to unite! -
So, I’ve been doing a lot of self reflection lately about many areas in my personal, business and social life, and I’ve come to realise no one truly has it figured out. We never fully figure out this magnificent thing called life! It’s ok to break down. it’s ok to not be okay. it’s ok to hurt and it’s ok to feel like you’re falling apart. Stay in that space a while longer cause that’s ok too. The more we push and resist the more the thing we resist most, will push straight back atch ya! And sometimes we truly don’t have answers to things we so want to understand but we push forward with the best knowledge we’ve got at the time and in hindsight we come to learn more about ourselves and others in the process of our journey. However, throughout it all, it’s a must to stay true to the deepest and scariest part of ourselves because if we don’t a part of us dies and if we keep that up we’re just no different than animals walking around in survival mode. -
So, by all means stay true to the intuition inside of you, trust it, follow it, speak your truth even if it turns everyone against you or makes the person you love and desire most reject you, because that’s who you are and to deny that would be fatal. -
It’s Leo month, so tap into that inner lion or lioness and embrace the part of yourself that scares you the most!
