Lunch was 3 ASDA light and lean sausages with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and bisto. Followed by 2 cuppas and a pack of biscoff 470cals.

Dinner was a bagel thin topped with light pate, poppadoms, apple slices, 2 babybel lights and a single twix for 516cals.

Total for Wednesday is 986cals.

Wild salmon contains more minerals. Farmed salmon is higher in Vitamin C, saturated fat, polyunsaturated fatty acids and calories. ∙
Given the high amount of Omega-3s, quality protein and beneficial nutrients, I believe that the benefits of eating salmon (whether farmed or wild) far outweigh the negatives for most people. 🔹 Here in Australia wild caught salmon isn’t easily accessible. I have only seen it in costco in the freezer section.

Canned wild salmon is easily accessable here and reps all the benefits, so that’s been my go to lately.

Wasn’t feeling too great today and then my little one was v needy 🆘 woke up and started my day with an eggnog latte (110 cal) and then prepped some cottage cheese protein pancakes with sf syrup and almond milk Reddi Whip for the week (389). I got a lot of questions during the day about sugar in fruit and whether I recommend fresh or frozen fruit?? Fresh fruit is amazing because it contains important antioxidants, fiber, and other goodies for your body.

But depending on the season, it can be hard to get or expensive
...especially if you’re going organic. Frozen fruit to the rescue! It makes a great, affordable alternative.

Most of the time, the fruit is frozen directly after they’re picked at the height of
ripeness (when they are the most nutritious)! This means they’re actually more likely to have more nutrients
than the fruit sitting on the shelves in your local shop (DAYS after they are picked). Just be sure to check the ingredient label on your frozen fruit to make sure it doesn’t contain any added sugar or preservatives.

I personally prefer using frozen fruit as it allows me much more of a variety and is so much cheaper! They taste great with oats!

Many of my Online clients are struggling especially with proteins. It is challenging to eat enough proteins especially if you don't like to eat meat. Depending on your goals, you should eat 1,5-2,5g protein per kilo of your body weight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sense of this plan is to give you an idea how much you are able to eat for 1500 Kcal and an example how 135g of protein could look like. It is just an example and you should always count you individual values and adjust your diet with foods you love. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a matter of fact, eating foods you love, is the only way to reach lifelong success.

Counting calories and being on calorie deficit is the starting point for fat loss. In fact, it is the most important but indeed the most difficult part. .
Equally important is to find protein rich foods you like and try to eat enough. That is where most of my clients have struggles. Since it is difficult to understand that actually eating more proteins will likely just help you to lose weight for a couple reasons:

You are “full” and dont feel hungry
Your body is not able to store protein as reserve like fats and carbs
.
After all, don't make it too complicated, leave space for some “unhealthy” foods what you really love. Focus on your calories and proteins. .
Remember: you are allowed to eat carbs! .
Carbs are not making you fat. Too many calories do.

The best plan for you is what is fitting to your lifestyle and you never have the feeling of being on a diet. Not the one what worked for your friend.

Yesterday I had all my normal meals (if you know me you know I’m a repeat eater/the same things everyday) but I also had..... a donut, some take out (vegan chicken Szechuan is mah jammmm), 3 s’mores and 3 brownies. Sounds like a 💩day right?

I’m a LOWER 👇 weight than I was yesterday 😱. Now I’m not saying you can eat like this everyday but it’s proof (at least to me) that it’s OKAY to have bad days, as long as there are more good days then bad!

It also makes me believe that sometimes your body just needs a “re-feed” every once and a while. I have no science to back this up and I’m not saying this is a true fact, just my opinion.

Any who, have the damn cookie, shit... have two if you really want them 🤷🏼‍♀️ but don’t make it an every day thing! .

It’s Friday!😅😅.

Glad to get to the end of this week tbh. Heads been in the shed, had no energy and just generally felt low😔
I caved last night and had a sandwich, crisps and a glass of wine but hey ho...another day, another try😊

Lunch was a corned beef and pickle sandwich with ww soup and poppadoms with a cuppa 385cals.

Dinner was a ww sausage and mash meal with steam fresh veg 340cals.
.
Total so far 725cals.
.
I will be enjoying a glass of wine later but my sons come home for a much needed weekend visit from uni and even though my living room has been swamped with all his washing!🤦🏼‍♀️😂it’s made my week!☺️my daughters coming home tomorrow too☺️(both struggling with freshers flu and obvs need their mum☺️)so it’ll be lovely to have the house full of chatter, tv and bathroom hogging and washing again!!😂😂☺️.

Hubbie has booked tomorrow off to take me out holiday shopping for the day and has asked me to pick somewhere nice to go for food whilst out😊I’m not going to turn it down and I doubt I’ll be calorie counting either! Back on it on Sunday with a roast chicken dinner for all the family!☺️it’s been so long!
