I love meat on the barbecue, my hubby has two a small Weber for quick meals and a pellet smoker to slow cook meats for a nice smoky flavour, and I get to prepare some sides to take out.

Our meat for tonight was some @beakandsons Wagyu beef patties and some Godfather sausages, we always cook in bulk and put the leftovers into the freezer. Thank you to @missymischiefpr for getting us these delicious meats to have at home after trying them out at the launch party a few weeks ago.

I made haloumi and some cauliflower rice mixed with chopped green veggies and ham as the sides, which was quick and easy!! With all the bushfires burning at the moment, remember that charcoal barbecues and wood fire ovens are not allowed to be used but gas and electric are ok as long as there is a continuous water supply accessible ๐Ÿ‘Œ let's keep hoping and praying for the end of all these horrible fires to come soon.

Hallo everyone๐Ÿ˜Š Today I have another great recipe for You. Very juicy and veeeery yummy chicken cutlets with parmesan, cayenne pepper, mustard and cheddar as decoration ( recipe below ). I made these last Sunday for dinner and everybody loved them. Next time I will make them smaller and serve it as a snack. Enjoy it and have a great day๐Ÿ˜˜

Servings: 8 cutlets
Preparation time: 30 min.
Per serving: Calories 109. Fet 6,5g. Protein 9,5g. Net carbs 1,1g.

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (240 grams)
1 egg
25 grams grated parmesan
1 tsb mustard
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp red pepper powder ( sweet )
2 tbsp almond flour
2-3 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 slices cheddar
Salt

Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Cut the chicken breasts into a smaller pieces and salt it. The transfer your meat into a foodprocessor, add the rest of ingredients ( except parmesan cheese ) and proces it for about 1 or 2 minutes ( low speed ).
2๏ธโƒฃ After that transfer your mixture into a mixing bowl, add gradet parmesan and stir it until combined.
3๏ธโƒฃ Preheat the pan with oil.
4๏ธโƒฃ As next form the cutlets. The mixture is sticky so you might want to oil your hands a little. Then dip each cutlet into the almond flour and fry it at high temperature for about 2-3 minutes from both sides. After that time take it of the heat, cover it with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes.
5๏ธโƒฃ Decorate with cheddar.

*Cut Bell peppers in half and core themโฃ
*Drizzle avocado oil on them
*Bake 17-20 mins
*Preheat a large frying pan to medium-high and add olive/avocado oil

*Sear each side of steak about 1-2 mins and pull off to let rest a couple.
*Cut steak into small 1/4โ€-3/8โ€ square pieces
*Preheat frying pan to medium and add avocado/olive oil once warm

Cook lamb sausages in water and slice. Brown the sausages and set aside. Beat 3 eggs with salt and pepper. And cook it on medium. Once it almost sets, add shredded cheese and top it off with a slice of Mission Low Carb Wrap. Then flip it to crisp up the wrap. Top the omelette with the cooked sausages and more shredded cheese. Hopped over to @farmerscafemumbai where had our eggs benny, keto desserts, and most importantly, this Keto Pizza - Chicken Peri Peri

Seems like travesty, but it's beautiful. Caulifower base, herbed chicken, mozzarella, bell peppers, spinach, mushroom, onion, goat cheese, peri peri sauce.

Love the textures here, and most importantly super clean flavors. Nothing overpowering, nothing dominant. Each element showing off what it's got. GOOD stuff!

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 lb Ground Beef
ยผ Cup Minced Onion
1 Tsp Cumin
ยฝ Tsp Chili Powder
ยฝ Tsp Paprika
ยฝ Tsp Onion Powder
ยฝ Tsp Garlic Power
ยฝ Tsp Salt
ยฝ Tsp Pepper
ยฝ Cup Water

โ–บ INSTRUCTION:
Brown the beef with the minced onion. In a cup mix the cumin, chilli powder, onion and garlic powder and salt and pepper with the water. Then pour over the browned ground beef. Let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes or until all the liquid is evaporated.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Divide the cheese mixture into 6 then make balls. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake @ 400 F for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool for 1- 2 minutes. Flip upside down, then place a few spoonfuls of the beef on the edge of each shell. Tightly roll each one into a cigar shape. (You need to do this quite quickly, before the cheese hardens)
This recipe makes 6 Keto Beef Taquitos.
Note: To reheat, Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 6-8 minutes.

While losing the weight was one of the biggest things Iโ€™ve ever had to overcome in my life, Iโ€™m still left with a daily reminder of what once was. My lower body, especially my lower stomach and legs are the most affected. I still donโ€™t ever feel comfortable in a bathing suit or naked.โฃโ €

Ingredients:
2 Medium English Cucumbers (Seeded & Sliced)
3 Ripe Avocados (Peeled, Pitted, & Chopped)
2 tbsps Capers (Drained)
2 Heaping tbsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves (Chopped)
2 Heaping tbsp Fresh Parsley Leaves (Chopped)
2 Heaping tbsp of Fresh Chives (Finely Sliced)
1 Fresh Garlic Clove (Finely Grated & Minced)
2 Small Fresh Limes (Juiced)
1 tbsps High Quality Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Instructions:
In a large glass salad bowl add cucumbers, avocados, capers, chives, garlic and herbs. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.ย
